Tips for Success

Consider including YouTube in your social media campaign. Now the largest search engine, YouTube boasts more activity than Google. Why? People prefer watching demos over reading.

At your next meeting, try this fun ice breaker. Ask attendees to arrange themselves into groups by a particular category (favorite movie, color, dessert, etc.) Then, try another category. This is a good activity to get people moving around and discover common interests.

Not sure if you should send a follow up "thank you" by email or hand written note? Do both! Send an immediate email of thanks along with any promised electronic materials, then mail a hand written note of appreciation.

Ruffles are hot! This frilly detail is popular not only in fashion but at events, too. Incorporate them into your decor with linens, food art, draperies, or floral design.
