2009 Menu Trends
Food is always at the top of our client’s event “needs” list. They want something that looks good, tastes even better and will get the guests excited. Not only is it something that people always remember, but it can make or break an event. If the food is fabulous then the guests will rave all night long and talk about the food well after the event is over. If the food is not so hot…well you know the rest.
Right now there are a lot of fun trends for food and also some great ideas to make the client’s food dollar go further. The most recent issue of Special Events Magazine has a stunning cover and talks about food for special events. One idea that just ran across my desk that would be so much fun for a summer soirée is a corn-on-the-cob bar. How cool and different!
