The TEXAS State Fair is going on right now and it is an activity in Dallas that you don't want to miss! I went on Monday night and my main goal when I go to the fair is to EAT! The Fair has many great things to offer like the car show, the butter sculpture, the pig races, and the dog show. There is an entire kids area and don't forget the Midway with all the games and rides. But, the best part by far for me is to try the new food items they have that year. This year the two new food items I tried was the fried peaches and cream and the green goblin. By far the peaches and cream won for the night of the new items but over all the Fletcher's Corney Dog is always one of my absolute favorites. I would highly encourage you to make sure and at least have a true authentic Texas State Fair corney dog. You can't get a better one any where else for the rest of the year (just my opinion).
